management principles, distinguishes Barbara's work. With over 15 years experience as a
strategic planning consultant and facilitator, Barbara combines an understanding of the current
business environment with her expertise in working with people and organizations desiring to
create change that yields powerful results.

Barbara is a Certified Individual, Organizational and Executive Coach through The Hudson
Institute of Santa Barbara and is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching
Federation. She holds Masters Degrees in both Public Administration and Gerontology and
holds a Fellowship in Leadership Development from the Wexner Heritage Foundation.

inveterate globetrotter, Barbara’s extensive travel experience adds value when working with

In addition to coaching and consulting, Barbara is an active Bay area community leader and
serves on a range of non-profit Boards. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys travelling, cooking,
yoga and hiking.
