
Gail is an independent consultant with over 25 years experience helping people and
organizations grow and develop. Ms. Silverman has worked with non-profits and corporations
to enhance organizational effectiveness through 360 organizational assessments, executive
search, management coaching, employee training and development, performance management
systems and team building.
Before founding her own consulting firm, Ms. Silverman held positions as a Human Resource
and Marketing executive for corporations in the financial services and telecommunications
industry.
Ms. Silverman started her career as a psychologist, working for social service agencies such as
Family and Children’s Service, Head Start and a state school for the developmentally disabled.
Non-profit clients in her current consulting practice have included community based
organizations providing services to children and their families, educational institutions, health
care services providers and arts organizations.
Ms. Silverman is past President of a regional chapter of The American Society for Training &
Development and has presented at national and regional conferences for numerous
professional organizations. She is noted for outstanding presentation, consultation and
communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
Ms. Silverman earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study and a Masters Degree in
Psychology from Boston University.
