Kimberly Kelly is a seasoned financial consultant with over 20 years of experience in a variety of
industries.  A graduate of UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business, she earned her CPA license in
what was then the Big Eight.  Prior to launching a successful solo practice nine years ago, she
spent several years in the banking industry (including senior positions at Wells Fargo and Bank
of America) and several more years in start-up enterprises.  

Kim uses creative strategies to help organizations maximize the impact of every dollar spent.  .
She has a unique ability to communicate complex financial concepts to a varied audience and
brings an optimistic can-do spirit to even the most difficult financial challenges. Kim brings the
professionalism, high-level strategic perspective, operational efficiencies and best practices
developed during the earlier years of her career to her current clients in the non-profit sector,
where she now specializes.

Kim’s recent engagements have included working as an  interim or consulting CFO, creating
complex modeling tools, evaluating and implementing accounting software packages, leading
board retreats, playing  key roles in strategic planning efforts, and serving as a mentor to
newly promoted or hired finance staff.  Many of her clients are funded via complicated federal or
state contracts in Education, Health Care Services and the Arts.

Kim currently sits on the Audit Committee for the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center.  
She is a former Board President for Leadership High School in San Francisco and previously
served as an Advisory Board member for New Leaf Services and as the Board Treasurer for The
Conard House.

Kim is a Bay Area native and resides in San Francisco where she enjoys restoring her 100 year
old home, spending time with family & friends, and hiking with her dog.
