Scott Rabinowitz has over 14 years experience consulting within both the nonprofit and for
profit industries. As a senior level search consultant Scott has partnered with top executives to
articulate organizational strategy, define critical roles and design and implement successful
recruitment projects with a focus on attracting exceptional talent.

Scott has roots in nonprofit arts organizations from both a leadership and consulting
perspective.  A graduate of New York University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts, Scott maintains an
active and deep network of contacts within the national and international arts community. His
background in the arts and nonprofit organizational leadership combined with years of
experience in human resources leadership and a proven track record of senior level consulting
assignments give Scott a practical and structured approach to help his clients tackle critical
organizational challenges.

A resident of Seattle, Scott’s local clients include The Pacific Science Center and The Pilchuck
School of Glass among others. In addition Scott currently serves as the Board Chair of the Hope
Heart Institute, a 50 year old nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness of the risk
factors for cardiac disease with the ultimate goal of eradicating heart disease. Scott also sits of
the Board of PONCHO, the Northwest’s leading supporter of the Arts. Other community and
nonprofit participation includes stints as a Board member with the Association of Corporate
Growth and a role as Artistic Director of the Sacred Fools Theatre Company in Los Angeles, an
innovative and thriving nonprofit theatre.
